Association of TyG index levels and frailty risk. Frailty risk was defined as frailty index (FI) > 0.1. Penalized cubic spline curves based on the binary logistic regression model (adjusted by age, gender, smoking, drinking, BMI, nutritional status, exercise, chronic disease history, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, HbA1c, MAP, use of hypoglycemic agents, and use of lipid-lowering medication). Non-linear P value = 0.38. Reference as TyG = 9.24.
